My own career path wasn’t exactly straight. I changed my university major three times and graduated with a history degree, unsure of what to do next. I worked two part-time jobs before deciding to go back to school and pursue a certificate in Human Resources. That decision led to a career in HR spanning systems, operations, and generalist roles.

What I discovered along the way was that helping others grow in their careers - whether through coaching, hiring, or designing better workplace practice - was where I thrived most. Career development is now at the heart of my work, and I believe that having meaningful work can be life-changing.
