About Me
About Me
My career path has not followed a straight line. After graduating with a history degree, I eventually returned to school to pursue Human Resources. That decision led to a career in HR spanning systems, operations, and generalist roles.
Over time I realized that helping people grow in their careers was the work that energized me most. Whether through hiring, coaching, or improving workplace practices, career development became a central focus of my work.
Today, that perspective shapes how I support professionals navigating the job search and organizations working to strengthen their people practices.
How I Can Help
My work focuses on helping professionals approach the job search more strategically. Drawing on more than 20 years of HR experience, I help individuals strengthen how they present their experience and prepare for hiring conversations.
Areas I focus on include:
Clarifying and articulating professional accomplishments
Strengthening resumes and career narratives
Preparing more effectively for interviews
Understanding how tools like AI are influencing the job search process
Having worked on both sides of the hiring table, I bring a practical perspective on what employers look for and how candidates can communicate their value more clearly.
For organizations, I also provide practical HR support to strengthen people practices and build the kind of workplaces people want to be part of.
